Package Purchase Agreement:

Packages must be prepaid in full to receive a discount on the total package.
The package has 1-year expiration from the date of purchase. After one year, a post-sale fee of 20% of the value of the certificate will be applied against the remaining value. Each year thereafter, an additional 20% fee will be applied. After five years, the entire value of the gift certificate expires.
Packages can be used only by the named recipient. (sorry, no sharing)
Packages are non-refundable.
Packages cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you are late to your appointment, cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, or do not show up to your appointment, one service will be removed from your package for that scheduled appointment time.
